This product was prepared from normal serum delipidation a multi-stage process including selective precipitation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Human Albumin and anti-Human Serum. Source: Albumin, from human serum. FP Value: 10-20moles Biotin/mole of Human Albumin Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
