Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:100 when used in a competitive ELISA with antibody P3175-03. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Supplied With: C8000: Conjugate Stabilizing Buffer Storage and Stability: Store the lyophilized product at -20 degrees C. Conjugate concentrate is stable for two hours after reconstitution. Once the conjugate has been diluted, use immediately. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.

Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Labeled with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitute with 1ml of diluted Conjugate Stabilizing Buffer (C8000). Let stand for 10 mins. and then mix on a rocker roller for 10 mins. Note: Prepare diluted CSB by adding 1ml of C8000 to 24ml of ddH20. Further dilutions of Beta Lactam (HRP) can be made with diluted CSB.
