BIBF1120 is a triple angiokinase inhibitor. It blocks signaling through vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR; IC?? values of 13-34nm), platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR; IC?? values of 59-65nm), and fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR; IC?? values of 37-610nm). Solubility: ~6mg/ml (DMSO), ~3mg/ml (EtOH) Molecular Weight: ~539.62 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
