Products DECIPHER Pooled Lentiviral shRNA Libraries
To provide genome-wide coverage of the entire annotated human and mouse gene sets, we have developed the DECIPHER shRNA Libraries.
These are sets of pooled shRNA expression libraries, in which each library module targets approximately 5,000 transcripts with 5-6 shRNA per transcript.
Library modules are designed to target orthogonal gene sets so, aside from the controls, genes targeted in one module do not overlap with genes targeted in another.
Researchers at for-profit institutes can purchase DECIPHER libraries from Cellecta. Laboratories at academic and non-profit research institutes can obtain the modules in plasmid form through the DECIPHER Project website.
