Isoflavone derivative found in soy-based food products. Solubility: Soluble in DMSO poorly; insoluble in other solvents. Very insoluble in aqueous alcohol or aqueous acetonitrile; with heating, a solution of 100ug/ml can be made, but upon cooling most of the glycitin crystallizes out, leaving approximately 10ug/ml or less in solution. Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
