Solid phase capture sandwich ELISA assay using a microwell format.
Detection Range: 0.031ug/ml-2ug/ml
Sensitivity: 0.05ug/ml

Enzyme Conjugate Reagent (HRP), 1x12ml
IgA standard (pre-diluted 1:10,000), 1x1vial
TMB Substrate, 1x12ml
IgA specimen Diluent (Specimen Diluent Green II), 1x60ml
Stop Solution (0.5N), 1x12ml
Wash Buffer Concentrate (15X), 1x60ml
Storage and Stability:
Store all components at 4 degrees C. Stable for 6 months. Reconstituted standards are stable for two weeks stored at 4C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
