Solid phase capture sandwich ELISA assay using a microwell format.
Detection Range: 0.156ug/ml - 1ug/ml
Sensitivity: 5IU/ml
Kit Components:
1. Microtiter Plate, 1x96wells
2. Enzyme Conjugate Reagent (HRP), 1x12ml
3. IgG standard (pre-diluted 1:100,000), 1x1ml
4. TMB Substrate, 1x12ml
5. IgG Specimen Diluent, 1x60ml
6. Stop Solution (0.5N), 1x12ml
7. Wash Buffer Concentrate (15X), 1x60ml
Storage and Stability:
Store all components at 4 degrees C. Stable for 6 months. Reconstituted standards are stable for two weeks stored at 4C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
