isolation of high quality total RNA from different starting materials, e.g. human or animal cell cultures, fresh or frozen human and animal tissue, paraffin embedded tissue or whole blood (with common anticoagulants like citrate and EDTA). The kit can be used further for the simultaneous isolation of total RNA and proteins as well as of total RNA and for RNA CleanUp in Trizol phases.
