Each kit contains sufficient materials to run ELISAs on approximately 15x96-well plates, provided that the following conditions are met: The assay is run as summarized in the General ELISA protocol and the recommended microplates, buffers, diluents, substrates and solutions are used.

Storage and Stability:
Store other components at 4 degrees C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
