Rabbit Anti-Human SLC34A2 monoclonal antibody for IHC-P. Sodium-dependent phosphate transporter NaPi2b is normally expressed in type II pneumocytes and at the apical side of brush-border membranes of various epithelial cells in small intestine, endometrium, seminal vesicle, and fallopian tubes. NaPi2b participates in the phosphate absorption, contributing to the maintenance of phosphate homeostasis in the organism. Increased expression of NaPi2b has been reported in lung, ovary, thyroid, and breast cancer.
