To help you establish the upcyte® Hepatocytes in your Genotoxicity studies Medicyte developed the upcyte® Hepatocyte in vitro MN Genotox Kit! These cells are able to correctly identifiy genotoxins as positive and “false positive” and negative compounds as negative due to their active Phase I and II enzymes comparable to primary hepatocytes.
The upcyte® Hepatocyte Genotoxicity Kit contains 1 vial of cryopreserved upcyte® Hepatocytes (1 million cells), a bottle of Thawing, GenoTox Pre-culture and Genotox Treatment Medium, a Trypsinisation Kit and DAPI.
