This ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative determination of human alpha1- Antitrypsin levels in serum or other biological samples. \n\nKit Components:\nA2298-40C1: Coating Antibody (1mg/ml), 1x1vial\nA2298-40C2: Calibrator (~0.25mg/ml), 1x1vial\nA2298-40C3: Detection Antibody (HRP) (~0.2mg/ml), 1x1vial\nBuffers, substrate and plates are not included.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nAliquot components into 10 vials and store at -20 degrees C. Stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.\n\nAssay Use:\nFor in vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.\n\nAssay Condition: \nThe kit performance has been optimized for the stated protocol using the materials listed and standard dilutions from 1.4-90ng/ml of human Alpha 1-Antitrypsin. For alternative assay conditions, the operator must determine appropriate dilutions of reagents. ELISA assay reactivity is sensitive to any variation in operator, pipetting and washing techniques, incubation time or temperature, composition or reagents, and kit age. Adjustments may be required to position the standard curve and/or samples in the desired detection range.\n\nSpecificity: \nBy immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA the antibodies in this kit react specifically with human alpha1-Antitrypsin, not with other human serum proteins.
