Bioprocess
Looking for reliable and cost effective Bioprocessing products for your research?

Any bioprocess uses whole living cells, or components or products thereof. Bioprocessing steps generally include cell growth, incubation, precipitation, washing, lysing, purification, and readout. Bioprocess applications are found in such diverse industries as biofuels processing; clinical testing; infectious disease monitoring and therapeutics; drug and vaccine development; food, drug and...

...cosmetic testing; environmental monitoring; and genetic research.

Bioprocess laboratory equipment includes freezers and incubators, microplate readers, magnetic bead-based nucleic acid purification instruments; homogenizers for sample lysis; complete cell culture and analysis systems; vacuum pump systems; and cell transfection platforms.

Tools, materials, and consumables used in bioprocessing include ergonomic, electronic and/or multichannel pipettes, pipette tips, racks and dispensers; cell culture media, growth containers, transfection reagents; agarose gels; chromatography adsorbents; mycoplasma removal agent; T7 RNA polymerase enzyme; Ribonuclease H; and reverse transcriptase (RT).

Bioprocess kits are available for sample preparation and DNA extraction; gel isolation and reaction cleanup; plasmid purification; magnetic beads cell isolation; cDNA synthesis; endotoxin removal; bacterial capture; and cell lysing. Commercially available assay kits test for hemoglobin, endotoxins, arginase, zinc, oxidative stress, lactate, cryotoxicity, creatinine kinase, glycogen and starch, NAD/NADH and NADP/NADPH, cholesterol (HDL/LDL), and lipase.
