Source:\nRecombinant corresponding to full length human ACC2 with C-terminal His tag expressed in Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell (NM_001093).\n\nSpecific Activity: \n~20 pmoles/min/ug. A 25ul ACC2 reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 30mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 2mM MgCl2, 2mM potassium citrate, 1mM DTT, 100uM ATP, 12mM NaHCO3 and 20uM substrate acetyl-Co-A at RT for 45min ATP reduction is detected using Kinase-Glo Luminescent Kinase Assay Platform.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use inthe study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nAliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
