Other applications have not been tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 1:5\nImmunohistochemistry: frozen sections\nELISA: 1:5\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. \n\nHybridoma:\nSpleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.\n\nRecommended Positive Control:\nGastrointestinal tissue\n\nRecommended Secondary Ab:\nI1905-28A: Goat anti-mouse IgM (HRP)\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human Filamentous Actin. Binds to the N-terminal region of actin, but not to the extreme N-terminal 40 amino acids. In tissue sections the antibody stains the cytoplasm of macrophages strongly and gives granular, localized nuclear staining of all cell types. Species Crossreactivity: Rabbit.
