PB-Mononuclear Cells are isolated from Acute Lymphoid Leukemia peripheral blood by diluting the whole blood with PBS and using gradient separation techniques. After centrifugation, the mononuclear cell layer is collected. Mononuclear Cells can be processed further to isolate subpopulations. Acute Lymphoid Leukemia-Mononuclear Cells are available in the newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory stages.
