Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:200 Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin) : 1:200 (DAB) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: Tyr-Arg-Gln-Ser-Met-Asn-Gln-Gly-Ser-Arg-Ser-Thr-Gly-Cys-Arg-Phe-Gly-Thr-Cys-Thr-Met-Gln-Lys-Leu-Ala-His-Gln-Ile-Tyr-Gln-Phe-Thr-Asp-Lys-Asp-Lys-Asp-Gly-Met-Ala-Pro-Arg-Asn-Lys-Ile-Ser-Pro-Gln-Gly-Tyr-NH2 Positive Control: Rat Heart Tissue Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
