Additional Info
This antibody detects a strong band at ~57kD that we believe corresponds to Ajuba. It also detects other bands but we note that other Ajuba antibodies, particularly that used in Hirota T et al. Cell 114:585-598, require IP before Western for successful use. We hope to further test this antibody using IP in due course. Species Crossreactivity: Expected to crossreact with Human (100% identity with immunogen), Mouse (100% identity with immunogen) and Rat (100% identity with immunogen) due to sequence homology.
