ADH consists of a dimer of identical or nonidentical chains of three types; alpha, beta and gamma. There are 7 different ADH's isozymes in human: three belongs to class I: alpha, beta, and gamma, one to class II: pi, one to class III: chi, one to class IV: ADH7 and one to class V: ADH6.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.3-1.5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
