Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis chromosomal region candidate gene protein 1 (ALSCR1) or NIF3-like protein1 is a 39kD cytoplasmic protein that participates in neuronal differentiation. The ALS2CR1 full-lengh transcrip is encoded within the ALS2 critical region, however, experimental evidences indicate that ALS2CR1 is not causative gene for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS20). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.2-1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 2-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human heart lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
