Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis chromosomal region candidate gene protein 1 (ALSCR1) or NIF3-like protein1 is a 39kD cytoplasmic protein that participates in neuronal differentiation. The ALS2CR1 full-lengh transcrip is encoded within the ALS2 critical region, however, experimental evidences indicate that ALS2CR1 is not causative gene for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS20).\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:32000\nWestern Blot: 0.2-1ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
