Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nFlow Cytometry: 1:50\nWestern Blot: 1:1000\nImmunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:250\nImmunoprecipitation:1:80\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. \n\nQuality Control Testing\nImmunoblot Analysis: A 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 dilution of the lot detected endogenous AMPKb1 lysates from NIH3T3, HeLa, A431, and PC12 cells. Immunoprecipitation: A 1:80 dilution of this antibody immunoprecipitated AMPKb1 using protein G:agarose beads. Flow Cytometry: A 1:50 dilution of this antibody stained cells for intracellular staining for flow Cytometry analysis. Immunohistochemistry: A 1:100 to 1:250 dilution of this antibody is used for the immunohistochemical analysis of Paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma using the anti-AMPKb1 antibody. Immunoblot Analysis: Lysates from NIH3T3, HeLa, A431, and PC12 (lanes 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with anti-AMPKb1 (1:5,000). Proteins were visualized using goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection. Arrow indicates AMPKb1 (38kD).
