The predicted molecular weight of the antigen, 86,943 Daltons, is calculated from the sequence reported in P05067 in the GenBank database (unless stated otherwise). This information is provided as a guide only; empirical results may differ. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml for AP/BCIP/NBT; 0.5ug/ml for HRP/ECL detection Immunocytochemistry: 0.1-1ug/ml ELISA: 0.05ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
