Sensitivity: \n<0.4ng/ml The analytical sensitivity of this assay is <0.4ng/ml of Human APP. This was determined by adding two standard deviations to the mean O.D. obtained when the zero standard was assayed 30 times.\n\nSpecificity:\nThe Human APP BioAssay(TM) ELISA kit is specific for measurement of total APP protein.
