The AngioSys 2.0 software has been developed to quantitate images of angiogenesis tubules obtained from conducting the Cellworks Angiogenesis Assay Kit: V2a Kit; Vasculogenesis to Angiogenesis, which uses the anti-CD31 based staining kit (ZHA-1225).
Image files can be conveniently grouped and processed to provide quantitative and repeatable measurements of tubule areas, lengths and number of junctions. Repetitive image processing sequences can be specified, saved and applied to groups of images to enable rapid analysis. The resulting data can be exported as a csv file in spreadsheet format.
