CD143 is also known as angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE). CD143 exists in two forms, a 170kD somatic form and a 90kD germinal form. The somatic form is expressed by endothelial cells (especially those of arterioles and lung capillaries), epithelial cells (especially in proximal renal tubules and in the small intestine), by some neuronal cells and variably on some macrophages and T lymphocytes. The germinal form is expressed by spermatozoa.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nImmunohistochemistry: frozen\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
