ANGPTL5 (Angiopoietin-like protein 5) is mainly expressed in adult human heart. It regulates blood vessel regeneration, angiogenesis and most probably modulates tumorigenesis. Sequence: Signal peptide and coiled-coil domain of human ANGPTL5 (aa 1-130) are fused at the C-terminus to a FLAG(R)-tag.
