ANGPTL7 (Angiopoietin-like protein 7) is expressed in various tissues and regulates angiogenesis. Human ANGPTL7 was characterized as a potent target gene of the WNT/beta-catenin signaling pathway, and is a pharmacogenomics target in the fields of oncology and regenerative medicine. Biological Activity: Activates ERK phosphorylation in THP-1 cells. Sequence: Human ANGPTL7 (aa 1-346) is fused at the C-terminus to a FLAG(R)-tag.
