Rabbit Anti-Dd polyclonal antibody for ELISA, IF. Ech (or Dickeya dianthicola, the species that has been found in GB) has the potential to cause high levels of wilting in potato crops. This is particularly evident in the warmer southerly potato growing regions of Europe. There is also evidence that low tuber inoculum levels can cause significant disease. The factors influencing disease development are generally the same as for blackleg.
