Rabbit Anti-Human PDLIM7 polyclonal antibody for WB, ICC, IHC. PDZ and LIM domain protein 7, also known as, LIM mineralization protein (LMP) or Protein enigma, and encoded by the gene name(s), PDLIM7 or ENIGMA, may function as a scaffold on which the coordinated assembly of proteins can occur. PDLIM7 is localized to the cytoplasm and colocalizes with RET to the cell periphery and in some cytoskeletal components. Isoform 1 and isoform 2 are expressed ubiquitously, however, isoform 2 predominates in skeletal muscle, while isoform 1 is more abundant in lung, spleen, leukocytes and fetal liver.
