APG7 (Autophagy protein 7-like, APG7-like, Ubiquitin activating enzyme E1-like protein, hAGP7, APG7L, ATG7) (AP)

This gene was identified based on homology to Pichia pastoris GSA7 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae APG7. In the yeast, the protein appears to be required for fusion of peroxisomal and vacuolar membranes. The protein shows homology to the ATP-binding and catalytic sites of the E1 ubiquitin activating enzymes.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in .\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:1000\nWestern Blot: 1:200~1000\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degrees C with the addition of glycerol. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Do not freeze alkaline phosphatase conjugates which could result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Light sensitive.
