Apolipoprotein A5 is encoded by the ApoA5 gene. It is known that coronary heart disease is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in the world. This apolipoprotein is a major risk factor indicating coronary artery disease. Several lipoproteins such as chylomicrons, VLDL, and HDL contain apolipoprotein A5, which affects lipoprotein metabolism and determines plasma triglyceride levels.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nWestern Blot: 1ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPositive Control:\nHuman Liver Tissue Lysate\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
