AHP1897 specifically recognises an epitope within the C-Terminal (CT) region of human Apolipoprotein L5 (APOL5), a secreted high density lipoprotein and member of the apolipoprotein L family, which may be involved in the movement of cytoplasmic lipids and the binding of lipids to organelles. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:8000 Western Blot: 1.0-3.0ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-28Q: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxGt I1904-28K: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab RbxGt I1903-30B: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (AP) Pab RbxGt I1904-28Q: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxGt Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
