Apoptosis DNA Ladder Detection BioAssay(TM) Kit

Internucleosomal DNA fragmentation is a hallmark of apoptosis in mammalian cells. Quick Apoptotic DNA Ladder Detection Kit provides a fast and easy means for detection of DNA fragmentation in apoptotic cells. Unlike other similar kits which require 1-2 days to finish the procedure, the new detection method requires less than 90 minutes to prepare DNA in a single tube, without the need of extraction or using columns. DNA fragmentation can be easily visualized by agarose gel electrophoreses.
