APPL2, also termed as Adaptor protein, phosphotyrosine interaction, PH domain and leucine zipper containing 2, has been shown to be involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, and in the crosstalk between the adiponectin signalling and insulin signalling pathways. The encoded protein binds many other proteins, including RAB5A, APPL1, adiponectin receptors, and proteins of the NuRD/MeCP1 complex. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1-2ug/ml Western Blot: 0.2-0.3ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 2-3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
