Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.\n\nApplications: \nSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nA3550-06A: 1:500-1:1000\nA3550-06B: 1-2ug/ml \nA3550-06C: 1:500-1:1000 \n\nStorage and Stability:\nAliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Antibody aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
