ARH (ARH2, FHCB1, FHCB2, MGC34705, DKFZp586D0624, LDL Receptor Adaptor Protein, Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor Adaptor Protein 1)

ARH is a cytosolic protein which contains a phosphotyrosine binding (PTD) domain. The PTD domain has been found to interact with the cytoplasmic tail of the LDL receptor. Mutations in this gene lead to LDL receptor malfunction and cause the disorder autosomal recessive hypercholesterolaemia.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilutions:\nPeptide ELISA: 1:16,000 (Detection limit dilution)\nWestern Blot: 1-3ug/ml; 40-45kD band is observed in human liver lysate (RIPA buffer, 30ug total protein per lane). Incubate for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nControl Peptide: \nA3570-65C-P: ARH Control Peptide\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
