E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase, which catalyzes polyubiquitination of target proteins together with ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 UBE2L3. May play a role in protein translation by mediating polyubiquitination of EIF4E2, leading to its subsequent degradation.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:32,000\nWestern Blot: 0.2-1ug/ml, U937 lysate observed on ~65kD bands\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
