ARPC2 (Actin Related Protein 2/3 Complex Subunit 2 34kD, ARC34, PRO2446, p34-Arc, PNAS-139, ARP2/3 Protein Compex Subunit 34)

The Arp2/3 protein complex has been implicated in the control of actin polymerization in cells and has been conserved through evolution. The exact role of the protein encoded by this gene, the p34 subunit, has yet to be determined. Two alternatively spliced variants have been characterized to date. Additional alternatively spliced variants have been described but their full length nature has not been determined.\n\nApplications:\nSuitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.\n\nRecommended Dilution:\nELISA: 1:32,000\nWestern Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/ml\nImmunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3-5ug/ml\nOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.\n\nPositive Control:\nHeLa Cell Lysate\n\nStorage and Stability:\nMay be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
