AT Hook Containin Transcription Factor 1 is a novel nuclear transcription factor expressed in embryonic haematopoietic tissues and plays a role in both early and mature haematopoietic events. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Immunoprecipitation: 2-5ug/mg lysate Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
