Calcium-transporting ATPase belongs to the cation transport ATPase (P-type) family and plays a critical role in intracellular calcium homeostasis. Mammalian Calcium-transporting ATPases are encoded by at least four separate genes with multiple isoforms produced by alternative splicing. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 4.0ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin and Formalin): 8.0ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
