Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-avidin.
Fluorchrome/Protein Ratio:
~2 moles Cy3.5/mole Avidin
Absorption Wavelength:
581nm
Emission Wavelength:
596nm
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA (Fluorescent) and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:
Immunofluorescence: 1:1000-1:5000
ELISA (Fluorescent): 1:10,000-1:50,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
