Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: Detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Source: Ascites Recommended Pair: Suitable for use as the detection or conjugate (label) antibody. Matched to B0003-05G3 as the capture or solid phase antibody. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Alkaline phosphatase conjugates are sensitive to lightt.
