Cell-permeable. A potent, ATP-competitive and reversible inhibitor of spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) (IC50 = 10nM). Displays excellent selectivity against many other kinases including Btk, Fyn, Itk, Lyn and Src up to concentrations of 4.7uM. Shows good in vivo efficacy in the treatment of various allergy and asthma conditions in rat models. Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Protect from light and moisture.
