Derived from the trunk tissue (excluding fins) of a 2 year old Brown Bullhead fish. These cells will tolerate a temperature range of 4-34�C. The optimal temperature range for cell proliferation is 25-30�C. BB is susceptible to infectious pancreatic necrosis virus and channel catfish virus.
