Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: Asp-His-Tyr-Asn-Cys-Val-Ser-Ser-Gly-Gly-Gln-Cys-Lys-Tyr-Ser-Ala-Cys-Pro-Ile-Phe-Thr-Lys-Ile-Gln-Gly-Thr-Cys-Tyr-Arg-Gly-Lys-Ala-Lys-Cys-Cys-Lys ~ Disulfide bridges between Cys1 & Cys5, Cys2 & Cys4 and Cys3 & Cys6 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
