Alternate Name: BID, BH3 interacting domain death agonist , HGNC:1050, MGC15319, MGC42355 , BH3-interacting domain death agonist, Human BID coding sequence, apoptic death agonist
Application(s):
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approx 26+24kD bands observed in Human fibroblast A431 lysates (calculated MW of 26.8kD according to NP_932070.1 and 22.0kD according to NP_001187.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml.
0.1ug/ml staining of A431 lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
