Dilutions: | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA analysis. For ELISA detection applications, a concentration range of 0.5-2.0 microg/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of IFN-gamma recombinant protein ranging from 1000 to 8 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. For use as an ELISPOT detection antibody, a concentration range of 1-4 microg/ml is recommended. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ? 0.5 microg per 106 cells in 100 microl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. |
