Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For use as an ELISA detection antibody, a concentration range of 0.05-0.2 microg/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of mouse IL-1alpha recobinant protein ranging from 250 to 4 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. For Western Blotting applications, it is suggested to use 5 microg antibody per 5 ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. |
