HE-10 is excellent as a tumor marker in patients of blood group B and 0. It can be used for immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections. Applications: Suitable for use in Agglutination tests and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Additional info: Recognizes the human Blood Group ABH Antigen. Does not react with group B and 0. Reacts with A and H with chain types 3 and 4 but does not react with A disaccharide, A trisaccaride, A type 1, A type 2 or Ale b. Does not react with normal tissue sections of donors with blood group B and 0 but reacts specifically with malignant tissues.
